My interest and passion for hair started when I was young with a Girls World and has extended into hair, makeup, art, research, wigs and content creation. I'm curious about hair as an art form and love exploring it through various themes,
mediums and techniques.
I began formally learning about hairdressing, wig making and makeup at the College of North East London and at The London College of Fashion, recently adding barbering skills to my experience at the London School of Barbering. I examined hair meaning and the business of hair through a Masters Degree at the University of the Arts, London.
Experience has been gathered along the way working in some great companies like MadaTussauds, Theatre Calgary, English National Opera, Makeup Forever & Alex Rouse Wig Co.
After a time of living abroad and a work break of some years I have redefined my focus for a career in Film and Television. I can be found now in the Hair and Makeup Department, working on some great shows for the BBC, Amazon, ITV. My most recent work includes BAFTA winning dramas Small Axe & Sitting in Limbo.
In my film & TV career I have been supported by attentive people, great programs and generous mentors.
