Addressing skill shortages for individuals and crews who don't get time or opportunities to work on deeper skin tones and varied textured hair types; or who have yet to understand the ins and outs of working on-set.
Training is given by experienced working artists collaborating with Annie Little with the shared vision of supporting an industry that aims to be more sensitive to inclusion and diversity and supportive work environments.
